On the Highlights of the Rhine cruise we’ll take you beyond the usual tourist veneer, offering an authentic insight into Amsterdam on foot, by bike or canal boat, sampling Cologne’s refreshing 
local beer, Kôlsch, and  heading to the beautiful Alsace wine region. Narrow roads wind between vineyards from one picturesque village to the next. Many villages are picture-book perfect with their painted eaves and gables, narrow cobbled streets and window boxes brimming with colourful geraniums.

As there are a strictly limited number of Royal Suites on each ship, we highly recommend booking early to secure your preferred choice.

Please note: Private transfers available in Amsterdam, Budapest, Nuremberg, Bucharest and Basel. If you require a transfer from one of our holding hotels to the ship (or vice versa), this short transfer is required to be a group transfer. Layout and interiors may vary between ships. Cabin plan is based on a Category R Royal Suite on the Scenic Crystal. On the Scenic Jewel / Crystal there are two spacious 315 sq ft Royal Panorama Suites at the rear of the ship.

As there are a limited number of Junior Suites on each ship, we strongly recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred choice.

Please note: Layout and interiors may vary between ships. Cabin plan is based on a Category BJ or RJ Junior Suite, however on the Scenic Crystal and Jewel there is a separate shower. On each ship (excluding the Scenic Jewel / Crystal) there are also two spacious 315 sq ft Panorama Balcony Suites at the rear of the ship. On each ship there is a wheelchair accessible Junior Suite, which features a shower rather than shower over bath.

Only Scenic Tours offers two decks of exclusive outdoor balconies across our fleet. Our outdoor balconies have brought a genuine breath of fresh air to river cruising. Furnished with table and chairs, the balcony is your own private oasis to sit back and watch the sunset.

There are various levels of Butler Service available depending on whether you’re staying on the Rhine or Danube deck:

All accommodation on a Scenic Tours 'Space-Ship' is designed to maximise space and comfort. Although 82% of the onboard accommodation come with a private outdoor balcony, we have a limited number of staterooms on the Moselle deck with a large picture window instead.
