Please note: Cabin plan is based on a Category BJ or RJ Junior Suite. On Scenic Emerald there are also two spacious 315 sq ft Panorama Balcony Suites at the rear of the ship and there is a wheelchair accessible Junior Suite, which features a shower rather than shower over bath.

Only Scenic Tours offers two decks of exclusive outdoor balconies across our fleet. Our outdoor balconies have brought a genuine breath of fresh air to river cruising. Furnished with table and chairs, the balcony is your own private oasis to sit back and watch the sunset.

All accommodation on a Scenic Tours 'Space-Ship' is designed to maximise space and comfort. Although 82% of the onboard accommodation come with a private outdoor balcony, we have a limited number of staterooms on the Moselle deck with a large picture window instead.

From the 22nd April 2013, KLM are introducing a fee for checking in a bag. You can check in a suitcase at a fee of EUR 15 (one way) if arranged prior to your arrival at the airport. The airport fee will be EUR 30 (one way). However, Scenic Tours has been working hard with KLM to find a solution that will mean our guests do not have to pay this additional luggage fee. By spending a couple of minutes enrolling in their frequent flyer programme ‘Flying Blue’ you can avoid paying these additional fees (and you’ll earn Miles too!)
