In Melbourne for instance, you can choose from a wide range of dining experiences; from fine dining aboard the old Colonial Tramcar, which meanders its way through the city’s streets... to an Aboriginal fine dining restaurant, where mouth-watering local produce is served on tables made from 500 year old Jarrah trees and aboriginal artwork is the focal point of the decor.
