Lying at the gateway to the Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park, the exclusive Longitude 131° is a luxury, safari style tented resort. There are just 15 tents, all of which are fully air conditioned and offer stunning views of the ever changing colours of Uluru. The on site restaurant, Table 131° serves mouth watering food under the stars and is the perfect way to wind down after an amazing day of discovery.

Once a grand house, the Islington was built in 1847 and is a fine example of Regency architecture. It is situated on Hobart’s Davey Street and sits in an acre of landscaped gardens.
